Bugsdoku: Privacy Policy

App: Bugsdoku (package com.cozygames.bugsdoku)
Version covered: 1.0 and forward, until this policy is amended.
Effective date: 2026-08-31.

Bugsdoku is a cozy logic puzzle published by Cozygames. There is no account and no login, and nothing it collects identifies you personally. The small amount of data it handles is for showing ads, for one optional purchase, and for understanding which features players use.

What we collect

What we do NOT collect

Ads

Bugsdoku is free and supported by ads through Google AdMob. It shows a banner, an interstitial between some levels, and rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for a hint or an extra tool charge. Ads use the advertising ID described above.

The one optional purchase

Bugsdoku offers a single one-time purchase, Remove Ads, which turns off the banner and interstitial ads. It is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. Payment is processed by Google Play, not by us: we never see or store your card details, billing address, or any payment information. All the app keeps is a local flag recording that the purchase is owned, so ads stay off.

Where the data goes

Data leaves your device only to reach these Google services, over an encrypted (TLS) connection:

Your level progress, stars, tool charges and daily-streak save data stay on your device. On the web version (YouTube Playables) that save is handled by the platform you are playing on, under that platform's own policy, and the YouTube build contains no ad SDK, no analytics and no purchases.

Children

Bugsdoku is suitable for all ages but is intended for a general audience aged 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data, contact us at the address below and we will delete any associated records.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or where it goes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page changes too. Significant changes will be flagged inside the app on the next launch.
